young couple
Pros: Food was awesome and service in restaurant and all the staff.
Cons: Only bad thing was in room pool cover that fell apart, aunts or termites around pool area and old dirty rose petals that came out of the intake when pump shut down.

Pros: The food was good the room was nice and the weather was great for all the activities. Boating, fishing, tennis, hiking, basketball, etc.
Cons: The cleanliness of the bathroom should have been better. We found a dead roach in the bathroom
young couple
Pros: The bed, indoor pool, tub and seating area was great.
Cons: There were ants everywhere. The ants were appearing in the bathroom sink, counter. This was a little embarrassing since it was supposed to be a pleasurable experience for myself and partner.

Pros: I liked the atmosphere and how private the room felt. The shower was a good size with two shower heads. The bed was comfortable and the heart shaped tub was a nice touch, although I can't comment on actual use of the tub as we didn't we it. The pool was great and there is a fireplace in that room as well. There was also a sitting area by the tv which would be great to eat at if you wanted to order room service or take out. I would have been content to just stay in the room all night, but we ventured out to Mount Airy for a bit. When we came back we went to the restaurant/bar area and to our surprise it was karaoke night. They had a band playing with a list of songs to choose from. Overall, it was a great experience and looking forward to going back to try a different room. We stayed in the Diana's Oasis Suite.
Cons: When we walked in the room the first thing I noticed was the temperature, it was freezing. I had heard a couple later in the night say that their room was stifling hot. As we got ready to go out for the night we were baffled to find that there was no hair dryer. There was some cosmetic damages at the corner of the door to the bathroom as well. The rest of the room looked great, until we got a little closer to mirrors. The mirrors in the pool room were disgusting and really needed to be cleaned. Also, there was a good bit of ice hanging of the entrance to the room that wasn't knocked down and fell.

Pros: Lots to do.. nice and quiet
Cons: The property needs some serious updating. Bathroom door handle appeared to be falling off. The champagne whirlpool looked very dirty. Turns out it was from the support underneath. There was some sort of black stain in the shower which would not wipe off at all. The arcade hall was nice.. pool tables need refelting. The gym floor in the racquetball court was shot. Half the lights were not working in there also. All in all it was a very nice stay. Other than the shower stain, nothing else would deter me from returning. I would think for $342.00 / night everything would be in tip top shape and be the best of the best.
