Franklin's Footsteps Walking Tour departs from the Independence Visitor Center at jct. 6th and Market sts.; tickets can be purchased inside the visitor center. The route includes more than 30 sites and offers visitors a thorough history of Revolutionary Philadelphia from the perspective of Benjamin Franklin, whose many titles include diplomat, inventor and philosopher. Detailed insights into Independence National Historical Park are shared at such stops as Carpenters' Hall, Christ Church, Independence Hall and Liberty Bell Center. The tour does not include the interiors of any of the buildings. Guided tours are available.
$19; $17 (senior citizens); $12 (ages 4-12). Combination ticket with Big Bus and Walking Tour $44; $20 (ages 4-12).
