Penn Museum, 3260 South St. on the University of Pennsylvania urban campus, displays outstanding archeological and anthropological collections from around the world. Exhibits include artifacts from ancient Egypt, Asia, Central America, North America, Mesopotamia and the Mediterranean. Visitors can see conservators at work on ancient artifacts in a lab. Special events are held throughout the year.
