From the moment we arrived early to the time we left the staff was accomadating and friendly.
Pros: Staff, Room and Price. Especially the free parking
Cons: resteraunt didn't have a large option but food was average

Pros: Checking in was easy and the staff seemed friendly the first night. The second day/night however was a very poor experience.
Cons: There was an issue with our bathroom. The shower didn't drain and it flooded into our room. My partner and I had just finished a half marathon and he was the first to use the shower. We waited nearly half an hour for maintenance to come up and we were not immediately offered a second room so that I could clean up. After another 30 min went by of him using a shop vac in our room we were offered a second room. Later that night we stopped in the hotel bar for a drink and a snack. We had just finished eating when we saw multiple mice behind the bar. The bartender was aware of the issue and since we already ate only charged us for one round of drinks. We paid a lot for this stay and were not offered any comps or apologies. I do not recommend this hotel, which is a shame because I usually enjoy staying in Holiday Inns.

Pros: Great location as it is close to the stadium and bars.
Cons: It has what could be a nice sports bar. Unfortunately it is poorly managed so it is tough to get a drink (long wait) or to see the game you prefer.
