Pros: The staff is outstanding. Complimentary coffee-Illy brand-deliciousThe building and public spaces are beautiful.Complimentary jug of lemon water in lobbyVery comfy bedLe Meridien has the best pillows. (I have neck issues)Great lobby bar.
Cons: I'm not a huge fan of modern decor and the bedrooms are modern. However, the bed is great and everything is very clean and that's really what you need when you are travelling.

Hotel staff was very friendly and courteous for your staying except room key issue that made me waste my time more than 20 minutes. Hotel building and room are great although location is not located in super convenient area, mostly 10 min walk to restaurant and shopping. My room was facing rear side but some of the rooms must have super historical view where city hall and masonic temple are stood right in front of hotel.
Pros: There are 2 PCs available for guests with unlimited internet and printer free of use at 5th floor public space. Gym is open all the time. Lobby bar is kind of cool for relaxing drink. Cleanness of bedding and full bar fridge states 4 star equivalent.
Cons: The reason I put "Somewhat" in the rating is they did not have a proper function for card key trouble. My room key could't opened my room. I called service from public space and it was answered to send someone soon. Almost 20 minutes no one showed up.
