Nice Hotel. Close walk to everything! The room was comfy, Starbucks in the room...WHAT! Also a Starbucks in the lobby. We were in town for the Flower Show and had a great time. Would definitely stay here again.
Pros: For the rate I paid, breakfast was included at the Breakfast Buffet. Lot's of choices and our waiter was so friendly and funny.
Cons: The only down side is that you have to pay to park - $39.20 for 24 hours. A little steep!

Pros: The lobby looks nice and also have great food. I also appreciate Ebony putting me in a quiet corner being as though I had my son.
Cons: The beds are old and the appearance in the hallways especially the 3rd floor look ran down. Definitely need renovation and upgrades. It made me ask the question what's the best they had to offer? Did they give me a bad room and save the good ones for clients who are deemed more important?

Disappointing

Pros: Location was close to everything we wanted to see
Cons: Rooms were dirty & moldy/ couldn't get room services to service our room, and when the finally came they didn't leave enough towels. They didn't refill the tissue box or leave toilet paper. We had to call for every little thing. It was very sad. This place could have been so nice.
