Pros: Location and cleanliness
Cons: Staff wasn't very pleasant and in no hurry to help. Took over 2 hrs for our room to be ready. Dirty dishes left in hallway for 2 days. And called for a bell boy that never came... also 35 dollars for parking???

Pros: Older building, beautifully modernized. Comfy beds. Very friendly, helpful staff in all areas - front desk, housekeeping, & bellhops. Very good restaurant (Tavern 17) and coffeehouse (The Coffee Bar) with good employees! Free internet worked well.
Cons: A couple of dings on the room walls need to be fixed. More variety of TV channels would be nice (BBC America and more kid channels, please). Parking was expensive.

The next day housekeeping replaced all the towels; they looked better and I had a real floor towel. But bed sheet still had a black mark on the side. 3 windows but they all look out at a drab alley. Very small bathroom. The room & bathroom should have looked better upon arrival! Housekeeping did a good job the next day. More TV channels would be nice. Hotel parking was expensive.
Pros: A beautifully modernized, older building. Comfy beds. Very friendly, helpful staff in all areas - front desk, housekeeping, & bellhops. Very good restaurant (Tavern 17) and coffeehouse (The Coffee Bar) with good employees! Free internet worked fine.
Cons: Room issues: on arrival towels were sloppily placed. This made me wonder whether they were fresh. Floor towel was an old large towel. Bed sheet had a black mark on the side. Tub was slippery & needed a mat. Clock radio display was too faint. NO VIEW.
