This restaurant's carnivorous menu features several exquisite cuts of meat. The kitchen is all about meat, preparing its own sausages, jerky and meatballs, while slicing beef and pork into fantastic chops and steaks. If you're traveling with a large party, call at least 24 hours ahead for a reservation and to order "The Trough," a huge board of rotisserie chicken, sausages, ribs, house-smoked bacon kabobs and skirt steak, with sides of fries and pita. The service is relatively relaxed.
