Nothing is ordinary about the chef's seasonal, innovative preparations which may include escargots with honey mushrooms, Israeli couscous, pine nuts and parsley, toasted brioche with fried egg, wood-smoked salmon, roasted beets and crispy shallots or a warm pignoli tart with figs and lavender ice cream.
