Pros: Amazing service from the second we arrived . Complimentary cookies and hot chocolate for the kids and they brought a gold fish to the room to amuse the kids for the night ... An actual live fish . I can't wait to stay at his hotel again .
Cons: Loved everything

Pros: Fabulous hotel! - just opened a year ago ( bldg. was formerly a law firm). Very modern/artistically decorated! Staff very friendly/helpful. Every evening complimentary wine/cocktails at 5pm. It was our anniversary - staff sent champagne to our room!
Cons: The only thing we were surprised about in the room was that there was no bathtub - just a partial glassed walk-in shower. Apparently, if you want a tub, you need to book a "spa" room, for an up-price of $40

Pros: The Staff are phenomenal! Very friendly and courteous.
Cons: You have to make reservations at the restaurant. However, the hostess was able to fit us in at the bar to eat. Not exactly what we had hoped on Valentines weekend, but the food was amazing, so all is forgiven.
