Pottsgrove Manor is .7 mi. n. of jct. SRs 100 and 422 at 100 W. King St. The restored 1752 home of John Potts, Colonial ironmaster and town founder, provides a look at the lifestyle of his family, servants and slaves. Guided tours are given of the house, which contains 18th-century Pennsylvania furnishings, slave quarters and original woodwork. Changing exhibits also are featured. Time: Allow 1 hour minimum.
Hours: Tues.-Sat. 10-4, Sun. 1-4. Tours begin on the hour. Last tour begins 1 hour before closing. Closed major holidays. Phone ahead to confirm schedule.
