In a late-19th-century former market building, this restaurant merges brick walls, polished wood floors, an open kitchen and an arched wood ceiling whose center portion forms a cupola-like effect. Dishes are hearth-fired in a 3-ton stone oven. Try one of the gourmet pizzas such as crab pizza Dijonnaise, the rack of lamb with balsamic black-pepper vinaigrette or the clay-roasted snapper a la Portuguese.
