Pros: Breakfast was great
Cons: The Carriage House should NEVER be used. The floors were wet from humidity and the sheets were damp. Room was dark even with lights on. Not enough outlets to plug in tablets and phones. Ice machine too far away. No privacy you could hear everything in next room like they were in the same room. You could only get hot water in the sink if you ran hot water in the tub. Manager did put us in the Farm House the 2nd night. Farm House was much better. I would recommend that Booking.com not book the Carriiage House at Hershey Farm Inn. Nasty!

Pros: The restaurant in the hotel had a great breakfast buffet and the property was great to walk around in the morning. The small shop was fun to browse as well.
Cons: We originally booked this hotel for the excellent buffet breakfast we previously had experienced a few years ago. This time we booked this through booking.com and did not know the restaurant was closed for our first 2 days of stay. Instead a breakfast of bagels and cereal with some fruit was the replacement and we were very disappointed. When we asked for a lunch voucher or some type of equal compensation the manager said it was our responsibility to have known the restaurant was closed as it was on their website. Also because we booked the hotel through booking.com, there was no way for any form of compensation as these booking websites cause them more problems. The manager maybe could've given us some form of equal compensation but because we did not contact the hotel directly for booking, that he would not and just said sorry. I explained that booking websites are great for businesses and I should be treated as equal as any other customer but he disagreed. WOW! Can you believe this customer service. How easy would it have been for us to get a voucher for a lunch buffet on a day when the restaurant was open and we would have been happy as clams:). Really what I needed was just some excellent customer service. We'll never go back no matter how nice the restaurant.

Pros: Room was fine, breakfast included was excellent.
Cons: Bed was a little too hard. Air-conditioner was difficult to regulate.

Pros: Bedding was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good but is it really necessary to have ice cream at breakfast? The dinner smorgasbord was OK and servers were great.
Cons: Carriage House rooms although updated were very, very small. If I sat at the desk no one could walk by me as there was no room. Thought the quality of food wasn't as good as other smorgasbords ( Miller's)
