Pros: The hotel room was awesome. Friendly staff made it more easy. Breakfast was excellent. The staff worked very hard to keep refilling on a busy day like valentines day to cope up with the demand.
Cons: We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. My infant kid was feeling sick on the day of arrival and i called to request the manager to cancel our reservation but he did not agree and said would charge full amount. It was very disappointing.

Pros: Quiet hotel. We were travelling with two young kids and they made us feel welcome. Kids enjoyed the pool. Several shops and restaurants close by.

Pros: Modern styling, very clean, sitting/work area separated from beds, modern bath, mini-fridge and food area. This hotel deserves a 3.5 or maybe even 4 whereas the Radisson in Scranton doesn't come close to its 3.5 star rating . . . thats a joke!

Traveling as Couple

Pros: Location and quality for the area.
Cons: Poor design choices in room. For example, there is a lot of light noise. If someone is using the bathroom, light floods onto the bed. If someone is at the desk, the light floods onto the bed. Also, curtains weren't log enough to block out moon light.

Pros: Breakfast was the best.
Cons: Sliding bathroom door without any kind of lock and privacy. When you are staying with family/kids you need real bathroom not a sliding glass door without lock
