Cons: The breakfast was bad, the wall paper was peeling in our room, and the hallway was less than desirable. The second day they put up a sign around by our room that said it was being renovated, but nothing was being done while we were there.

Pros: We were offered a first floor room and that made things very easy for getting our pets and bags in and out. The staff were super helpful--I messed up my booking and it was a simple phone call to correct. Customer service was SUPERB!

Hallways outdated. Doors slam when closing.
They were working on pool and the glue smell on Friday 2/10 was almost unbearable.
Rooms are a large and comfy. Bathrooms, wall paper, lighting fixtures very out dated.

Pros: Breakfast was served early. Son had military duties. Variety and quality of food was good. Good shower, nice and hot.

Everything was great!
Pros: Customer service was outstanding! Employees were very kind and accommodating. The hotel was clean and well-maintained throughout. There were no lingering odors in the rooms or the hallways. Halls were quiet as well. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and quite tasty. Pool area was clean and towels well-stocked. Bonus, we were offered a complimentary R/T ride after check-out to downtown or the mall. The ride was greatly appreciated as we had several hours to fill until the swim meet started.
Cons: I really don't have any complaints.

Pros: Wonderful staff, both evening and day shifts. Polite and full of smiles! Love it. I also have to give kudos to the bed. Very comfy!!
Cons: The air conditioner was extremely loud - nonstop. We actually had two rooms and it was loud in both. The bathtub was higher than normal and was very high to step into.
