Pros: Facilities were clean and attractive, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast menu was abundant.
Cons: For the price and reputation of Hilton brand I was disappointed by the soft mattress that was heading in the direction of a deep valley bed. A regretfully in comfortable night's sleep. I would choose a hotel from among the many competitors for a future trip.
Pros: Loved the restaurant. Food was fantastic.
Front desk staff very helpful.
Cons: Restaurant was very cold.
Pros: The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was clean and the breakfast excellent.
Cons: I had called ahead to specifically request a firm mattress. We had a 4 1/2 hour drive upon coming in and the same the next day and needed a good nights sleep. We were told that all beds were perfect for us because they were dial control firmness. However, the bed we were given was broken. We later learned that a number were broken and the hotel was due for a remodelling soon. We slept very poorly because when the firmness is broken the bed has a deep trench down the center. They did comp us the room but I would rather have had the sleep.
Pros: Very clean room with a Keurig coffee maker in it. Comfortable bed. Nice gym facilities and indoor pool. Staff was very friendly. Free coffee and tea in the lobby.
Cons: Way over priced for football weekend. Paid $698 for 2 nights!!! But I guess all hotels take advantage of you for football weekends. Also breakfast cost 10.95 a person. For the price of the room they really should throw in breakfast for free.
