Serving traditional Indian cuisine, the restaurant has two dining rooms: one in a 170-year-old railroad dining car and another decorated with Indian paintings. The menu lists tandoor preparations in addition to other chicken, lamb, goat, seafood and many vegetarian dishes. Good choices are tandoori chicken (chicken marinated overnight in yogurt and spices and roasted in a clay oven) and methi malai mutter (a rare blend of creamed, chopped fenugreek leaves, spinach and green peas).
