Nice old hotel, showing a little of it's age but overall good.

Pros: The location could not be better, right next door to the Community Arts Center, where we were seeing a show, and tons of restaurants close by. We were also upgraded to a King suite at no charge during check-in.
Cons: Some of the negative reviews I have seen were about the condition of the hotel. It is almost 100 years old, while it may not be the same as staying at a new Marriott or Hilton, it was definitely clean, and nice for it's age.

Pros: right price in the center of town where I needed to be.
Cons: walls were thin so it was noisy. I was on the 8th floor and there was a prom going on the first floor. Could hear the music in my room. Place was nice but small. It's old and definitely needs a face lift. The hotel offered a free breakfast which was okay.

Pros: Best sleep I've had in a hotel! Really comfortable and clean.
Cons: There are no USB ports, which I could live with because I did remember to bring a plug. Bathroom was a little to small and not lit well enough for my liking. But overall I loved this hotel and would absolutely stay again!!
