Pros: Location, accomodations basically. Fitness room good, Pool good but small. Staff very efficient and pleasant. Wifi excellent.
Cons: Sofa-bed exceeding uncomfortable as a sofa. Room arrangement of furniture, not good. No reading light for chair. Miserly on many things: only coffee, no tea in room; no pad or pen to write with; shortage of lamps; no showercap. air conditioning difficult to adjust. Toilet did not function properly (water kept running) and repair man left unfixed. The billing procedure--which should concern you guys at bookings.com--was opaque. I bought a package deal from bookings.com for a fixed price for four nights. The bill didnt reflect that. Although amount was correct, the hotel bill listed a different room rate each night. It was confusing and required some work and some calls to the front desk for me to understand. They should list the charges the same way they were initially presented and agreed to with booking.com, that is a single charge for tje four nights. Food at the Bistro was ghastly and way overpriced. After one breakfast, we preferred to eat at a nearby MacD.. Finally, directions to the hotel are misleading. You have to enter the hotel entrance through a side street. There is no entrance at the street address, which leads to a hiway, which cost us ten minutes and some anxiety to make a necessary U turn. The computers in the lobby, for some reason, are not quite full service. Impossible for example to get to remote usage. Dont know why they narrow the range of functions possible. Very limited range of items for sale in lobby. Had to go out to get cough drops, for example. .

Pros: Lots of outlet stores, pubs, restaurants close by.
Cons: I thought breakfast would be included with the cost of room. Also, the compressor motor in the refrigerator in the room (427) was noisy. We unplugged it.

Pros: I liked that I only stayed one night.
Cons: They dare to charge for breakfast! The pool is so small it should be called a wading pool. I'll stay at Double Tree next time.
