Pros:
Cons: Miscommunication. I was charged a week ago without permission. Too expensive. Not worth it. Pool was in very bad shape. Changing room was mess. No tissue. Water everywhere. It was total waste of money.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: We were given rooms across the street from the main building. It was very difficult to take husband in wheelchair as the hallway sloped down and then up. Also, the elevators were small. Also, not too impressed with breakfast that was included with cost of room.

Pros: I would not give this a 7.5 - that is how you are rating it and I don't know how. At best I would this is a 6 - but the location makes up for other things. It was nice to have a pool and gym. The staff were very nice. I would stay there again - but would take the option to get a room with a kitchen.
Cons: little picky things - the fridge froze almost everything I put in it, even when it was turned down (which had to be done by maintenance as there is no easy way to figure it out yourself - who would buy a fridge like that?) - it's a long way to get breakfast, and while the selection was pretty good, the eggs were waaay overdone although a nice idea. You could not take anything to your room so if you aren't feeling well, you're out of luck. If there was a room service option I did not see it. The rooms are old and showing it - but they were clean so not a complaint, more a hope there are plans to upgrade them a bit down the road. Trying to adjust the room temperature was confusing.
