Pros: The location was great. The room was a good size. It was a quiet room .
Cons: The valet parking was horrendous . Had to carry the suitcase three blocks to get to the hotel as there were cars parked in the valet parking that were there longer than a half hour. Parked on the street during our stay. Also there was sand in our sheets the first night. They obviously had not been changed from the previous guest.

Pros: Senior management is awesome. Great hotel.
Cons: Senior Staff was amazing and top notch professional. The younger Staff (Millennials) acted like they were angry and hated their jobs. Maybe if they replace the disgruntled kids or get them some training in hospitality they would get a perfect score. I guess I expect more from a premium hotel.

Pros:
Cons: service was not great- was provided wrong room initially- there were people still in in. Housekeeping knocked on door despite having a do not disturb sign on it, used the valet service but it took a very long time. waiter in restaurant needed to be reminded about a side order, and forgot to bring me my second glass of wine (restaurant did not seem busy either). was very expensive for the service level received.

Pros:
Cons: They gave me a no clean room occupancy, and then I told the staff that the room was not clean, so the staff to me promised that will clean up when I came back into the room at night. When we returned to the hotel from a hard day outside, the staff of the front desk changed to another person, they didn't know the matter, and the room was still not clean!!! This has made me angry!! And then the staff of the front desk for a long time, we are very tired very tired.. Finally, the new rooms are full of guests...no room for me!! And i waited a long time to tell me, they help me arrange upgrade to a room on the top floor, but the time is 2 am!!! I only stayed here for one night, but because of their mistakes, I didn't have enough time to rest! i don't want to say more,so bad!!
