Pros: Clean room with a beautiful view of the lake and ocean. The food was pretty good as well. This is a good retreat for people who don't like any distractions.
Cons: The staff was initiative and we missed our dinner reservation waiting to be checked in. The house is old which is pretty but so are the pipes and we had a rapid mixture of freezing cold a scalding hot water in the shower.

Pros: Dalvay by the Sea was a perfect vacation escape. The water view was delightful to wake up to! I traveled in August and I was pleasantly surprised at how cool it was! Bring your sweaters for chilly nights drinking coffee or tea by the crackling fire while soft, piano music plays throughout the hotel. You will truly escape to a peaceful vacation away from everything. We spent a week touring the Island and the views are breathtaking! Take a 'Matthew's Carriage Ride!' It was the highlight of our trip to Prince Edward Island.

Pros: gorgeous downstairs lounge room with fireplaces, comfy chairs, lovely views of the lakes. extra comfortable beds
Cons: bathrooms need updating (like showering in a caravan), and very small. one room they tried to say was a standard king room with views (- but had a very small pokey window which made the very small room dark and unusable- a king bed may have being in there but it was not acceptable room for that rate.

Pros: Beach was nice
Cons: Very overpriced. Had to pay park entrance fee to stay at hotel. No air conditioning. Compared to the other hotels we stayed at, this was a disappointment
