Cons: That I couldn't get a refund on the night I have already paid because I couldn't stay that night in the city.
Pros: The location is fantastic, the rooms on high floors have excellent view on all of northern Puebla. Receptionists are very hospitable and helping. Good room design.
Cons: There are two things that look sort of bad here. First - the wi-fi signal is sporadic, on my second night it was really hard to use internet. Second - when I came to my room at 2 pm I found out that the cleaning staff removed the sheets and did not place the new ones. It took them 2 hours (!) to place the new sheets. I didn't encounter anything like this ever before.

Pros: The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good with excellent service.
Cons: The beds were beyond firm - like rock hard and very difficult to get used to. Our daughter found this to be true of most Mexican beds, so perhaps is unavoidable when visiting this country.
