Perfect location in the center...
Pros: This was the second hotel on our round trip in Mexico. It is perfectly located in the center of Puebla. Very friendly and caring staff. Arriving by car, they ensured there was place in front of the hotel and took care of parking (not a given in the center of those cities). Beautiful architecture and great breakfast. Quite, comfortable room. Great value for price, but the room was a bit narrow and dark.

Classy hotel in excellent location...
Pros: Location was excellent, in centre of town. Building itself beautiful with spectacular inner courtyard & sliding roof, open to sky. Staff friendly & helpful. Large room, comfortable beds & tv.
Cons: For a top class hotel, no internet in rooms. "Walls too thick"! Bathroom smelled on and off of sewage! Disappointing experience in jewellery shop - assistants only interested in what they perceive to be important customers. Suspect omelette at breakfast laid one of our party ill for a day.

Overall this is a good...
Pros: Very good location, restaurant was very good with very good food and attentive personnel.
Cons: I went with some family and friends, overall i would say this is a good hotel. However, we didn't have a good experience, wouldn't come back again. On our second night, they were celebrating a wedding ......... nobody had told us beforehand, but apparently this is very common here. Ok no problem, but ........... none of us could sleep (6 people in 3 different rooms) until 5:00am when they turned off the music.

Stay at a typical Mexican...
Pros: Excellent location, very friendly staff, and most importantly the hotel is a typical Mexican hacienda, it feels like you are in a movie. The food at the restaurant is also very good, especially the breakfast at the central patio of the hotel.
Cons: Elevators are slow, and while the staff is very friendly service at the bar and the restaurant is too slow.
