Celebrated chef Jose Andres' bold concept in redefining Spanish cuisine graced the shores of Dorado Beach. The legendary Su Casa has been transformed into Mi Casa within this property that has been a magnet for the well-heeled dating back to the Rockefeller era. The cuisine is distinctively Spanish with some tropical influences. Portions are small in order to encourage sampling. From the well-prepared ceviche to Iberico ham, pork belly, halibut and veal cheeks, you will leave impressed. For those in search of a true gastronomical feast try the chef's tasting menu.
