Yet another successful creation by celebrity chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten has reached the shores of Puerto Rico. The stylized dining room, with customized light fixtures, easily maintains the diner's interest while the service staff execution is precise. Lining the menu are market fresh ingredients with some ingredients coming from the on-site hydroponic garden. Flavorful appetizers include the black pepper octopus and Wagyu beef skewers. Natural, sublime flavors permeate each bite. The tastefully presented main courses range from slow roasted Faroe Island salmon and Australian lamb chops. However if you really want to experience the depth of the chef's talent order the six-course tasting menu paired with or without wine.
