Classic Historic. In a stately mansion in the barrio of Santurce is this long-standing, fine dining establishment that since 1971 has been pleasing the palate of guests in an atmosphere of elegance with romantic touches including live guitar music. The chef/owner, originally from Spain, brings the techniques and recipes of Spanish cuisine to co-mingle with some Puerto Rican Criollo influences. Skilled preparations of halibut, rack of lamb and duck as well as some seafood specialties also are offered. They're closed for lunch on Saturday.
