Soothing sounds of water are all around me when I dine here. Blue hues, a 60-foot cascading waterfall and wave-like décor make an indelible impact.
AAA Inspector Notes
Tucked away on the first floor of a beach boutique hotel, this restaurant stands out among the competition for its outstanding reinterpretation of Latin cuisine by chef Raul Correa. The calm ambience, with visual effects to simulate the ocean, is a true oasis from the outside urban beach environment. The talents of the chef are sure to impress with savory dishes like beef short rib fricassee, octopus-chorizo pie and pan-roasted salmon with coconut-corn grits. Service is top notch.
