Pros: The staff at check-in was very helpful and friendly, he helped me get situated and ready for my long drive ahead. He had lots of good information for me. The food was good and the whole place comfortable. Super view!

Pros: The hotel is on a hill of Baie Comeau and from its terrace you can enjoy the view on the river (provided you look only on your right, on the left there is a huge factory with continuously smoking chimneys).
Cons: The hotel is rated four stars but the fourth star is just for its position. Common areas, the stairs, the doors, the carpets, the furniture show their age. Many aspects of the hotel give the idea of staying in a building of the ’60. Our room was facing the back of the building and was not different from a room of a good motel. Its comfort was far from the comfort of a real four star hotel (not even place enough for the baggage people usually travel with).

Pros: The location and the view
Cons: The front desk service exept for Alain, the fact that our room cards stopped working every day. Totally disorganized breakfast on the weekend, too many people only two students working.
