The wood-beamed rotunda ceiling frames this traditionally elegant dining room. The menu changes seasonally yet always features some high-quality regional produce and specialty proteins, including Québec pork and veal tenderloin. Main ingredients and sauces are enhanced with some excellent local honey, cheese and wine products as well as fine seasonal vegetables. Wine pairings are offered along with tasting menus.
