A Nordic spa is the highlight of this contemporary country inn. Guest rooms are spacious and some have stunning views of the bay and fjord. A few luxury units have a separate oversize tub.
Smoke free premises. 31 units. 2 stories (no elevator), interior corridors.
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was nice, but still just a typical hotel room. We did not use the spa facilities but they appeared good. Hotel was in a central location for touring around the area with good walking and biking areas close by. Restaurant was excellent, but a bit expensive.
Cons: Early June was still before the season started so many things were closed or on limited hours. Breakfast was not included and the hotel's tourist information was somewhat limited.
Pros: A comfortable, clean room, quiet and convenient location, friendly staff.
Great view of the bay (for extra charge).
Cons: Does not live up to expectations. No
Iift to second floor (or assistance with luggage), faint smell of insecticide in hall and room, odd and unattractive public areas, restaurant closed when wevisited.
Pros: Nice location along the bay of the fjord. Ample parking space.
Cons: Rather outdated. This hotel needs some renovation as well as new carpets, shower/bath facilities etc.
