Pros: Nice and helpful staff at the reception.
Came to change the bed linen even at night when we accidentally spilled some water.
Cons: No value for Money.
Rooms at the back are not Worth it. You pay a lot for a simple room looking over a ... parking lot. The few trees on the right side made the hotel call it "forest view". We were really disappointed. You pay for a forest view and get just a standard room like a Novotel room. Rooms were not up-to-date and shower had a rather Dirty shower curtain. Room was next to a passage door so quite noisy. On top of that the walls and floors were really thin so that we could hear our neighbours upstairs walk up and down and the ones next to us having a shower. Really annoying. The breakfast was not included in the price and we had to pay about 25 Euros for a pancake with coffee!! Extremly expensive for what you get.
Even the more expensive rooms are not that good. They have a location facing the lake but nobody mentions that there is a street running through with quite some traffic as well as an electricity. Both these elements disturb the view of the lake. So I would not book here again. Only positive thing was the helpful and friendly staff.
Pros: Excellent restaurant
Pros: nice, big rooms with plenty of space to put our stuff
beautiful view over the river from the room
delicious breakfast (attentive to my special request for food allergy), dinner was also great
much better than we expected
Cons: Rooms and décor is tired, needs to be refurbished
