AAA Inspector Notes
Inspector Pick (Social Scene): There are so many reasons why people are drawn here. The restored architecture of a 1929 historical château is what captured my attention immediately.
Luxurious guest rooms of varying sizes are housed inside the historic château-style building. Some standard rooms with two beds are a little on the small side. This family-friendly riverfront resort has extensive recreational facilities and is adjacent to a golf course and an upscale casino. 405 units. 5 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Pros: The location This hotel is beautiful in general consideration, but not the room!
Cons: The mattress is so old that it became very uncomfortable. He has lost all firmness. We really had a bad night in this bed! The paint on the walls and the tapestry is really tired! Also, we have to pay for a single bottle of water ($ 2.50 each).

Stunning Hotel with Questionable Customer...
Pros: The beds were really comfortable and the view of the St. Lawrence River and the grounds of the hotel are stunning.
Cons: I did not like that when the AC flooded our room, the hotel manager & porter showed up with a luggage cart and stood over us in a gestapo-like fashion as we were instructed to pack up the whole hotel room on the spot. This as you can imagine was incredibly stressful, especially with a toddler running around. I did not like that our iPad went "missing" during the transfer of luggage to the next room and we have not been compensated. Lastly, I did not like that my toddler and nephews contracted a severe gastroenteritis (likely from the swimming pool) and the hotel were really slow in delivering us extra towels etc.
