Brome County Historical Museum (Mus&#233;e de la Soci&#233;t&#233; d'histoire du comt&#233; de Brome), in the sector of Knowlton at 130 rue Lakeside, comprises six buildings, including a general store and the old Knowlton Academy, built in 1854. The buildings contain displays of Victorian and First Nations items, Loyalist history, military memorabilia, farm tools, embroidery and weaving.</br>The World War I Fokker D.VII biplane, part of German war reparations to Canada, is the only one known to have the original camouflage-fabric covering intact.</br></br>
