Brome County Historical Museum (Musée de la Société d'histoire du comté de Brome), in the sector of Knowlton at 130 rue Lakeside, comprises six buildings, including a general store and the old Knowlton Academy, built in 1854. The buildings contain displays of Victorian and First Nations items, Loyalist history, military memorabilia, farm tools, embroidery and weaving.

The World War I Fokker D.VII biplane, part of German war reparations to Canada, is the only one known to have the original camouflage-fabric covering intact.
