Pros: The pools are very nice and all the common areas are really well kept. Guys at the pool are very kind and they accommodate guests as much as possible and beyond that. Cleaning ladies are detailing the room every morning.

Pros: The location was spectacular . I was doing a iron man race and the proximity was perfect . The food was expensive but good . The room was a good size . Caution ,,, leave the draperies closed during sunny days otherwise the room just cooks ! The many pools gave me such nice options . I large bubbling pool, cool smaller pool, regular hot tub , and a good size pool . In addition a very nice indoor pool. Lots of service . A fire pit at the same location was also quite nice .
Cons: The air conditioning struggled all day ! 78 degrees !!!! It cooled down eventually but made it very unpleasant for most of the day . After two miserable days I left the draperies closed ! That made a huge difference except it felt dark and miserable with th closed . The omelette chef was the most miserable person ! The buffet was well stocked . Many choices . Expensive ! They offered my breakfast to be comped because of another issue only to see the $175.00 charge go through after I already left !

Pros: The rooms were very quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The maintenance person came on a very timely basis to replace our refrigerator and reading light and was very friendly and accommodating, The parking valets and luggage valets were great!
Cons: The room was nice, but at over $500.00 per night was not special. Why did we have to call for maintenance for items that should have been found before we checked in. Prices in dining room were very high.
