AAA Inspector Notes
This cozy cottage has country-elegant appeal and is a perfect spot to enjoy the house specialty (available by advance order), duckling a la Rouennaise, made with a beautiful silver duck press by the chef, a master canardier. Another specialty is the bouillabaisse prepared with fish flown in from Europe. The rest of the menu is seasonal and focuses on local products like pan-seared foie gras, tiger prawns flambéed in the dining room and filet mignon. Service is informed, attentive and refined. Additionally, table d'hôte offerings that feature six- and eight-course tasting options are popular.
