Chef and owner Sebastien Houle prepares a variety of inspirational dishes utilizing local ingredients, such as La Rouge Farm venison, Gaspe smelt fish or Îles de la Madeleine scallops. A purposeful and comprehensive wine list is explained by knowledgeable staff. Tasting menus are also offered. In the high season, the restaurant is open every night.
