Pros: What we liked is the happy hour coupons for drinks and side snacks.
Cons: We didn't like the soliciting of gratuities before the meal is serve. The obvious containers glass around the trays or tables of servers/waiters that goes around . The atmosphere in the dinning area feels pressured to leave a tip.

Pros: We were pleasantly surprised to be given 2 free drinks each person for every night we were there + there were some free munchies. Free coffee in our rooms replenished every day and bottles of water as requested. The room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The breakfast was awesome with plenty of choices. The staff was very accommodating and courteous. The location was great for where we wanted to go. Old Montreal was easily walking distance to Notre-Dame Basilica, Marche Bonsecours, Jacques Cartier Square and many many more.
Cons: Restaurant might not have been big enough as some guests had to wait a little while for empty tables. The supper menu was not extensive but the taste of the food offered made up for it. The parking was very cramped with very little room but still manageable when done carefully. It's a good idea to notice where you parked your car in relation to which elevator you're taking to your room since this will make it easier to find your car if you take the same elevator.

Pros: The size and comfort of the suite and the excellent location of the hotel - one block up from the Notre Dame Basilica and old Montreal.
Cons: The business of the elevators and lining up for breakfast - although it was a long weekend.
