Pros: We had a great stay. We enjoyed the Laurie and Raphael restaurant in the morning and at night time as well. The food was tasty and the lunch and dinning menu are quite interesting for us. We previously have been to Hotel Le Germain in Toronto and we have enjoyed it each time. The room in Montreal is comfortable and sexy if I can say. We enjoyed it. We will certainly come back and do business here also.
Cons: The front desk agent told someone who was calling us at our hotel room that they had tried to reach us priorly but were not able to. So the front desk agent asked our home housekeeper that was calling us at the hotel to tell my husband and I to call the front desk back. The front desk agent then confirmed my husband and I's home phone number with our housekeeper...and said they had try to reach us because we had left an item in our room.. but in fact, no one from the front desk hotel had tried to reach us priorly in the hotel nor at home... This is unusual and it is a lack of professionalism towards my husband and I private life and intimacy.

Pros: Everyone was extremely accommodating and kind during my stay. Andre the concierge was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. He was happy to make dinner reservations on my behalf and checked in the next day to see how it went. The day I checked out they were kind enough to use the courtesy car to drive me to the rental car location a few blocks away. All around a really nice experience.
Cons: Albeit central to the shopping and downtown area, if you plan to hang out around Old Port for most of your trip this may be a bit too far away.
