Perfect choice for business travelers...
Pros: A beautiful boutique hotel, very centrally located, so ideal for sightseeing/business in Montreal. The rooms are fairly big and have everything you’d need – coffee/tea making facilities, iPod docking station, a work desk with easy connections, plenty of storage space and space for luggage. The bed was very comfortable with goose down duvets and feather pillows. The bathroom was pretty large and Moltown Brown toiletries gave this little extra touch. The room (and the hotel overall) was very clean and ”fresh”, wifi worked very well and we didn’t hear anything from other rooms during our long stay. Turn down every night and little chocolates left by the pillow. The staff was very friendly. Great breakfast which was beautifully presented and healthier options available as well. Ideal location, super close to the metro, shopping streets, restaurants and withing a walking distance to the old town (20-25 min). Airport bus stops by the central station which was only a few blocks a way.
Cons: nothing

Perfect!
Pros: Everything! Room, staff, breakfast, location, hospitality and not necessary in this order. It is our second stay at this hotel and we loved it the same as the first time. We stayed before at The Fairmont and Gault Hotel, but Le Germain is our top choice.

Excellent and comfortable stay at...
Pros: The staff were very attentive without being too much. They listened carefully to my travel needs and suggested great solutions that had my best interest at heart - for example they suggested they provide a packed breakfast to take with me on my early taxi ride back to the airport. The chambermaid brought me extra milk to my room because I have milk with my tea. There was a kettle in the room instead of just a coffee maker and it was very thoughtful. Room and facilities were great and well maintained, the breakfast was excellent with wonderful Montreal bagels! I would go back again and bring my family.
