Pros: central location, in general friendly staff especially Daniel at the concierge desk
Cons: A very rude waiter by the name of Jong who admonished me for coming in on the left side rather than on the right with my mobility impaired mother; rather than assisting us, he stood and waited until we were close to where he was standing to repeat 3 times "YOU CAME IN THE WRONG WAY" A sad person with no place in the service industry. Definitely put a damper on our day.
