Pros: Staff was excellent-very helpful in every way. Water bottles were provided at front desk-but we missed out a few days due to timing? Beautiful sitting areas outside with ducks and koi pond. Located just across from underground so access to quick breakfast pastries, bagels etc. with large food courts. Also just across the street was Tim Horton Doughnuts!
Cons: The cleanliness of rooms was ok but definitely could be better. Window areas peeling and not vacuumed up and lamps bases were dusty and noticeable when lights turned on.
