Pros: Liked the location, a short walk to Old Montreal and other attractions. There are a few stores within the building including a pharmacy, grocery and SAQ which is handy and there is a small food court. There are plenty of other restaurants close by. Bed was comfortable and house staff friendly although I made no special requests and no complaints. Included breakfast was OK and the restaurant staff was very attentive and friendly.
Cons: No refrigerator in room. The furniture and general state of the room and public areas is worn and in need of a serious redo. Stains on carpet which was obviously soiled and in need of a cleaning. Parking garage is tight and not cheap at $22 per day. The surrounding neighborhood has a lot of street people types and although I wasn't bothered by it and there was always police presence in the area, some people may feel insecure walking around. Overall certainly not the best value for the money unless you get a good discount.
