Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, large rooms with kitchenette, good location close to main metro station Berri-UQAM.
Cons: The hotel/elevator smells bad, kinda like cigarette. While the location is great for metro access, it's not the best neighbourhood. I used to live two corners away from there (for 8 years), and nothing bad ever happened, but on your way back to the hotel at night, you may get yelled at by random, drunk men.
