Pros: Well appointed if slightly dated rooms. Good position close to St Catherine Street gay district.
Cons: Wi Fi did not work in rooms - either would not connect or dropped out constantly. Had to go to lobby to check emails. This is not satisfactory for a mid city business hotel.

Pros: The location was great. The restaurant was very good, staff were friendly and food was good.
Cons: The beds were uncomfortable. Air conditioner noisy. TV remote did not work & it took three visits to the front desk before it was fixed. No extra pillows in the room, we were 3 people in the room, called for 2 more pillows. Did not get them till we asked a second time the next day. If you are going to charge $22 for parking, you should make sure that there is a spot for us to park.

Pros: Great, friendly staff. Awesome location to downtown / old Quebec.
Cons: It would be nice to have coffee in room, but staff were great to make some ($2).
