Pros: It was a great location, close to the grocery store and subway station. Large room with an updated kitchenette and bathroom. The kitchenette also had everything you could need in it.

Cons: Room was re-painted very careless, lamps, sockets, flowerpot etc. very touched with paint.
Curtains more grey than white and with some stains - complaint did not have any result.

Pros: The suite was nothing short of a small apartment we loved it literally almost felt like home , nice big comfy beds amazing bathroom very modern lovely kitchen AC was perfect huuuuuge walk in closet , I wish I had known earliar about this place !!!!
Cons: The only thing that had us dissapointed was that we had to check out by noon and we payed quite a hefty sum for such a short time , some breakfast could have been included for the money we paid for just a few hours !!

Pros: Loved the location - so convenient to everything. Beds were comfy and room spacious. Kitchenette was handy. Outdoor surface parking a few minutes away at the St. Joseph Oratory for $10/night was the option offered and this was good considering the hotels' location.
Cons: Towels smelled fresh when dry, but left a musty smell on your body when used. Room had stronger odour of air freshener mixed with the musty smell of the room air conditioner that you usually smell in hotels.

Pros: We were visiting a family member in Jewish General Hospital and found the location very close and handy to the grocery store, vegetable stand and restaurants as well.
The bathroom was lovely having been renovated.
Cons: The air conditioner was only really efficient in the living room so the bedroom was hot and stuffy.
Would have appreciated having coffee and tea available in the room.

Also the staff is completely inflexible, I made a last minute reservation for a last minute meeting for the next day. 15m after reserving, meeting was moved. Called to cancel, and they refused saying the rules state I have to cancel two days in advance, regardless of when the reservation was made.
