Some rooms have bunk beds, which can bring maximum occupancy up to four people. It's a tight fit, but if you only plan to use the rooms for sleeping and showering, and you really get along with the people you're traveling with, it's not bad. Rooms have a desk/chest combo, wall-mounted panel TV, and tiled bathroom with a pedestal sink and tiny shower. Corner rooms, of which there are 11, offer a wee bit more space and have a queen bed and pull-out sofa. Pros: Loved the location and the warm, friendly staff. The room and facilities were wonderful! The hotel exceeded my expectations and then some. We were very happy with our experience. (Also, the free wifi was spectacular!)
Cons: If I had to pick one thing--and it's so knit-picky!--it's the fact that the television was entirely in French. I get that it's the culture of the city, and so I wasn't surprised or put off by it. It's just something to keep in mind for future guests.

Pros: Location
Cons: Bed was terrible mattress should have been flipped or replaced.free breakfast was a joke , very poor selection.no wash cloths in bathroom. Channel selection on the tv at night was very limited.

Traveling as Couple
Pros: Great location, excellent price. Room was clean. Staff was helpful.
Cons: The room was quite small, but this was clearly indicated upfront and therefore expected. It was not an issue for us.

Pros: location was good. Close to Metro. Staff was helpful with directions around the city.
Cons: The continental breakfast was not fantastic. A waffle maker would make it much better. The room was VERY tiny.

Breakfast was a busy time for staff. They had to refill coffee and some popular bakery items constantly. Do not expect bacon and eggs, sausages, etc. Only: cereal, toasted bread, bakery, apple, orange, coffee and tea were available as complementary. You may order a "heavy" breakfast for a reasonable price. Hotel rooms are small. So, do not expect to fill double bed room with 3 people. Overall, I liked staying there.
Pros: Location is perfect for travelers who want to explore the city. Practically EVERYTHING is at max 10-15 min walking distance from the hotel including IGA supermarket across the road which open 24h x 7d. Old city, Eaton mall, Central station, China-town
Cons: Customer service during "check in" should been more considering. I needed to change room and, because of my proactive approach, only shift supervisor helped me. He was excellent in attending to all my needs. Well done Junor! I got a double bed room!
