Chef Normand Laprise, of Toque! fine-dining fame, has put together a menu of upscale bistro fare with a variety of excellent ingredients. The casual sidewalk atrium eatery, adjacent to a museum and concert hall in the Quartier des Spectacles, is a hopping location during the summer festival season. The music-to-your-mouth menu includes pan seared foie gras, onion soup, beef or salmon tartar, foie gras terrine, oysters, pork ribs, gourmet burgers and fries, flank steak and coquilles St. Jacques.
