Classic Historic. In a historic stone building, the informal Old Montreal restaurant is appointed with colorful European publicity posters and oak church pews. The refreshing menu features authentic Polish specialties, including pierogi, placki (Polish pancakes), bigos (cabbage stew with meat, sausage and mushrooms), golabki (cabbage rolls), Polish sausages, potato salad and pork cutlets. A selection of imported and local beers is offered. For dessert, try nalesniki (a cheese-filled pancake).
