Montmorency Falls Park (Parc de la Chute-Montmorency), 11.2 km (7 mi.) e. via Autoroute 440 in the sector of Beauport, is at the confluence of the Montmorency and St. Lawrence rivers. On the promontory, the park is reached via Hwy. 360 (avenue Royale), and offers a spectacular view of the 83-metre-high (270-ft.) waterfall, the St. Lawrence and the south shore of Québec. A suspension bridge spans the waterfall, which is 30 metres (98 ft.) higher than Niagara Falls.

A cable car provides rides to the promontory, where Montmorency Manor (Manoir Montmorency) offers an interpretation center and other facilities. The upper portion of the park also can be reached by climbing a panoramic, 487-step staircase. Summer activities include hiking, cycling, Via Ferrata and ziplining while winter activities include snowshoeing and ice climbing (beginner's courses are available). A guided tour unravels the mysteries of the waterfall.

Guided tours are available. Recreational activities are permitted. Picnicking is permitted. Food is available.
