Pros: Pillows & Bedding were comfortable. Nice view from our room on 6th floor. Great location for getting around easily by foot or bus. Staff at front desk was very helpful with recommendations and/or directions. We had a few maintenance issues which they sent someone to our room promptly to fix.
Cons: Loud neighbors on our floor came home late (3-4 a.m.) making lots of noise and woke us up but this was not the hotel's fault.

Pros: Location was excellent. One of the best spots in the city. All the staff was very helpful and friendly, although they did not have a good handle on restaurant recommendations. The old-world charm of the lobby and hotel was very pleasant. I would stay here again anytime.
Cons: As an older hotel, our room was very small. You could barely walk around the bed. Still, the bed was so very comfortable. Our friends had a much larger room. So there is variety, and I would request a larger room next time. The breakfast in the restaurant was okay, not great. But we had great conversation with the staff.

Pros: The beds were comfy. The employees at the valet desk were very nice.
Cons: The hallways looked a little worn. Our room was put on a priorit ready as we arrived in Quebec City earlier then check in but it ended up not being ready until 4.
